IDA, also known as nutritional small cell anemia, is the most common form of childhood anemia, accounting for about 80% of children’s anemia. According to the literature, the prevalence of anemia in children around the world ranges from 30% to 90%, even in the economically developed European and American countries. Therefore, IDA for children and adolescents is still a common concern in all countries.
