目的:建立丹参HPCE-DAD指纹图谱分析方法,评价丹参药材的质量。方法:用高效毛细管电泳技术对丹参药材进行分析,测定其指纹图谱,并作模糊聚类法分析和相似度评价。结果:初步建立了以10个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPCE指纹图谱;发现少数丹参药材样品HPCE指纹图谱有一定差异。结论:方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为丹参药材内在质量评价的依据。
Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint analysis method of Salvia miltiorrhiza to evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: Salvia miltiorrhiza was analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis and its fingerprint was determined. The results of fuzzy cluster analysis and similarity evaluation. Results: HPCE fingerprints with 10 common peaks were established preliminarily. It was found that the HPCE fingerprints of some Salvia miltiorrhiza samples were different. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility and can be used as the basis for evaluating the intrinsic quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
