In the early years of the founding of New China, people from all walks of life in the United States started a nationwide discussion on the issue of women’s education. Participants set out different views on women’s education through speeches, newspaper articles, and more. The intellectual concept of equality in enlightenment, the idea of creating a virtuous republic, and the thirst for knowledge of young women all become important reasons for advocating for women’s education. The deep-rooted traditions of women and gender bias prejudice the right of women to education, thus Many people criticize and refute the object. Through this discussion, people have a more extensive understanding of the important role of women’s education and the concept of gender-wise equality gradually formed. As a result, the ideas and concepts of early American women’s education have undergone significant changes.
