我厂在加工某种柴油机燃油泵试验台的凸轮轴时,由于凸轮型线是复杂函数,本厂没有数控曲线磨床等精密设备,难于采用传统的凸轮加工方法,因此便成了一个关键问题。我们通过摸索,最后在MM7132平面磨床上磨削凸轮型面,解决了这一问题。柴油机燃油泵凸轮如图1所示。它由121°函数段和基圆段组成,函数段还包含30°凹弧段。要求运用国外提供的升程和型线坐标加工其原始凸轮,凸轮面轮廊度达到0.08。
When machining a camshaft of a certain kind of diesel fuel pump test bed, the factory does not have the precision equipment such as CNC curve grinder because it is a complicated function. Therefore, it is difficult to adopt the traditional cam processing method, so it becomes a key issue.
