用提拉法成功生长出了Nd3+:Gd3Sc22Ga3O12(Nd:GSGG)晶体,并对其光谱性能进行了研究。测量了晶体在400-2700 nm波段内的吸收光谱。用808 nm波长激发,测量了晶体的荧光光谱和荧光寿命,计算了晶体的发射截面。与Nd:GGG和Nd:YAG的光谱参数进行了比较。
Nd3 +: Gd3Sc22Ga3O12 (Nd: GSGG) crystals were successfully grown by Czochralski method and their spectral properties were studied. The absorption spectra of the crystals in the 400-2700 nm band were measured. Excited by the wavelength of 808 nm, the fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime of the crystal were measured. The emission cross section of the crystal was calculated. Spectral parameters of Nd: GGG and Nd: YAG were compared.
