农村法治建设的好坏直接影响到中国法治化进程和社会主义新农村建设,但目前我国农村的法治状况却不能适应深化农村经济改革、完善农村经济体制和建设社会主义新农村的要求,因此要建立和完善当前广大农村的经济法律制度,以便为农村各项改革目标的实现提供强有力的法律支撑。
The construction of the rule of law in rural areas directly affects the progress of China’s legalization and the building of a new socialist countryside. However, the current situation of the rule of law in rural areas of our country can not meet the requirements of deepening rural economic reform, improving the rural economic system and building a new socialist countryside. Therefore, Establish and improve the current economic legal system in the vast rural areas in order to provide strong legal support for the realization of various rural reform goals.
