Using wheat as material, the effects of 6benzyladenine on the absorption and distribution of Na +, K + and Cl- of seedlings of wheat (Triticum aestivum L-) under salt stress were studied. The results showed that 6benzyladenine could limit the uptake of Na + in seedlings to a certain extent, and retard the amount and speed of Na + transport to the aboveground parts; increase the K + content in the body and transport efficiency upwards and decrease the Na +, K + Selectivity (SNa +, K +), while 6benzyladenine can also promote the root of Cl-uptake of seedlings and Cl- effectively limited to the root, block Cl- upward transport, the relative reduction of the above ground Cl- content. All of these changes are conducive to improving salt tolerance and adaptability to salt stress in wheat seedlings.
