我国边疆地区的各兄弟民族创作了许多新的民歌。这些民歌以不同的色彩和音响歌唱了各民族的新生活,反映了各民族对党和毛主席无比的信任和热爱。今年内,不少地区的刊物都经常地选登了各兄弟民族的新民歌:有的还出了特辑或专号,对反映兄弟民族生活,发扬兄弟民族优秀的诗歌传统起到了提倡和推动的作用。我们这次发表的新民歌,主要是从西南、西北和内蒙地区的“边疆文艺”天山“”青海湖“”山花“”草原“等刊物上选出。
