应用血液中氢核的核磁共振(NMR)特性,无损伤地测量人体内血流技术,已经发展起来。测定人体四肢动脉、静脉血流的柱形单边带探测仪已经制成。这是一种正交线圈探测系流,射频线圈和接受线圈有关的磁场,在探测中心区内正交取向。临床应用系统在0.075特斯拉(750高斯)的恒磁场和3.2兆赫下运转。为了扩大核磁共振血流仪的应用范围,已研制成测量脑血流及身体其他部位血流的扁平正交单边带核磁共振探测仪。本文描述了身体不同部位动脉血流的扁平正交线圈探测仪的进一步发展与应用。
The use of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) properties of hydrogen nuclei in the blood to measure blood flow in humans without damage has been developed. Determination of human limbs, venous blood flow cylindrical single side detector has been made. This is an orthogonal coil detection system, RF coil and receiving coil-related magnetic field, orthogonal orientation within the detection center. The clinical application system operates at a constant magnetic field of 0.075 Tesla (750 Gauss) and 3.2 MHz. In order to expand the scope of application of the NMR flowmeter, a flat orthogonal single-sideband NMR detector for measuring blood flow in the cerebral bloodstream and other parts of the body has been developed. This article describes the further development and application of the flattened quadrature coil detector for arterial blood flow in different parts of the body.
