锚杆支护是金属矿山井下回采巷道的主要支护方式,锚杆支护参数决定了锚杆的支护效果,确定合理的支护参数对安全支护具有重要意义。对金山店铁矿回采巷道的破坏机理和玻璃钢锚杆的支护机理进行了分析,通过悬吊理论的分析和围岩松动范围的计算,确定出了回采巷道玻璃钢锚杆支护的合理参数。采用优化后的支护参数进行支护后,巷道变形趋于稳定,支护效果得到了显著的改善,对玻璃钢锚杆在金属矿山回采巷道支护中推广应用具有重要的意义。
Bolting is the main support way for the mining gateway in the metal mine. The supporting parameters of the rock bolt determine the supporting effect of the rock bolt. It is of great significance to determine the reasonable supporting parameters for the safe supporting. The destruction mechanism of the mining tunnel in Jinshandian Iron Mine and the supporting mechanism of the FRP bolt are analyzed. Through the analysis of the suspension theory and the calculation of the loose area of the surrounding rock, the reasonable parameters of FRP bolt support in the mining roadway are determined. After using the optimized support parameters to support, the deformation of the roadway tends to be stable and the supporting effect has been significantly improved, which is of great significance to the popularization and application of FRP anchors in the mining roadway supporting in the metal mine.
