档案、图书、资料均属文献信息资源的范畴,这三者之间不仅具有很强的互补性,具有极为紧密的联系,而且在许多方面都具有共通之处,可以在一定条件下进行相互转换。随着文献信息资源管理的日益规范,以及社会大众对信息资源管理要求的越来越高,使得原本独立的档案、图书、资料开始呈现出一种集中式的、一体化的管理趋势。文章主要介绍了档案图书资料工作的现状,以及档案图书资料工作实现一体化的可行性分析和具体对策。
Archives, books, and information belong to the category of documentary information resources. These three are not only highly complementary, have extremely close relations, but also have common ground in many aspects and can be transformed under certain conditions . With the ever-increasing standardization of the management of documentary information resources and the ever-increasing demands of the general public for the management of information resources, archives, books and materials that were originally independent began to show a centralized and integrated management trend. The article mainly introduces the current situation of archives and book materials work as well as the feasibility analysis and specific countermeasures of the archives and book materials work integration.
