目的:探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测44例宫颈浸润性鳞癌、59例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和22例正常宫颈组织中AQP1的表达。结果:AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌和CIN组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.91%和81.36%,显著高于正常宫颈组织的40.91%(P<0.01);AQP1在宫颈浸润性癌和CIN中的表达无差异(P>0.05);AQP1在宫颈上皮低度病变(LSIL)和高度病变(HSIL)中阳性表达率分别为84.62%和78.79%(P>0.05);AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论:AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌和CIN组织中表达上调,可能促进了宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in carcinogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinomas. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AQP1 in 44 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 59 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 22 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive rates of AQP1 in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN tissues were 90.91% and 81.36%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues (40.91%, P <0.01). AQP1 expression in cervical invasive carcinoma and CIN (P> 0.05). The positive rates of AQP1 in LSIL and HSIL were 84.62% and 78.79%, respectively (P> 0.05). The positive rate of AQP1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma The expression was not related to patient’s age and histological grade (P> 0.05). Conclusion: AQP1 is up-regulated in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN tissues, which may promote the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
