根据住房和城乡建设部建标[2010]40号“关于印发《2010年住房和城乡建设部归口工业产品行业标准制订修订计划》通知”的要求,由中国建材检验认证集团股份有限公司负责编制的镇建设产品行业标准《建筑排水低噪声硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材》已完成征求意见稿,现将该稿在全国公开征求意见。意见稿指出:本标准按照GB/T1.1-2009给出的规则起草。附录A为资料性附录。本标准由住房和城乡建设部标准定额研究所提出。由住房和城乡建设部给水排水产品标准化技术委员会归口。
