目的探讨双水平无创正压通气与氧驱雾化治疗重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取58例重度哮喘患者,将其分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗与氧驱雾化治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上应用双水平无创正压通气治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的动脉血气指标。结果试验组治疗后动脉血气指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双水平无创正压通气联合氧驱雾化治疗重度哮喘可明显改善患者动脉血气指标,缩短住院时间,降低气管插管率,是值得推广的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double-level non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and oxygen-driven atomization on severe bronchial asthma. Methods Fifty-eight patients with severe asthma were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy and oxygen-driven atomization therapy. The experimental group was treated with double-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of the control group. Arterial blood gas indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The arterial blood gas index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Dual-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with oxygen-driven nebulization in the treatment of severe asthma can significantly improve the arterial blood gas index, shorten the hospital stay and reduce the rate of tracheal intubation, which is worthy of promotion.
