以物质的量之比为66.8:33.2的间甲酚和对甲酚的混酚为原料,采用尿素络合法分离间甲酚。以与间甲酚等物质的量的甲苯为溶剂,在尿素与间甲酚物质的量之比为1.4的条件下分离后,间甲酚回收率为65%,纯度为99%。采用溴化钙络合法对尿素法分离间甲酚所产生的废液进行再次分离,得到混酚原料,然后采用尿素法进一步分离,间甲酚的回收率可由65%提高至85%左右。
Using m-cresol and p-cresol as raw materials, the molar ratio of 66.8: 33.2 was used to separate m-cresol by urea complexation. The m-cresol recovery was 65% and the purity was 99% after toluene and benzene as the amount of the substance such as m-cresol and the like were separated under the conditions that the amount ratio of urea and m-cresol substance was 1.4. Calcium bromide complexation method was used to separate the waste liquid produced by the separation of m-cresol by urea to obtain the raw material of mixed phenol. Then the urea solution was used for further separation. The recovery of m-cresol can be increased from 65% to 85%.
