当今牙科修复学中陶瓷的折裂是一个复杂的问题。已有许多方法来测定金瓷冠和全瓷冠的强度。本实验为4种前牙冠对施加于其切嵴上力的抗折裂力测试。全瓷冠包括铝瓷冠、Dicor瓷冠以及Dicor瓷内层冠外覆铝瓷。作者使用同一个代型和模型制作了10个右上颌中切牙金瓷冠。预备体采用传统的斜面型台肩,底层冠的蜡型制作和铸造采用Degu plus Ⅱ系列。覆盖陶瓷面厚度为0.3mm(±0.1mm)。采用Vita系列瓷完成后的瓷层厚度为1.1mm(±0.1mm)。用同一个代型和模型制作右上颌中切牙全瓷冠。预备体采用全瓷冠标准台肩。其中,包括6个传统铝瓷
Ceramic fracture in dental restorations today is a complex issue. There are many ways to determine the strength of gold-ceramic crowns and all-ceramic crowns.
