This garden expresses accessibility and limited mobility, with 6 wheelchairs for tourists and trails for slopes and platforms. Gardens give rise to the notion of people with disabilities. Plant names appear in braille, and people can see plants even in wheelchairs because of the lack of rest stops and disabled car parks in urban areas, and the disabled's lack of attention. In the open space on the uppermost platform, people can stop for a moment and imagine the blind life. The garden narrows the gap between normal people and handicapped people with disabilities and encourages them to communicate. In fact, whether disabled or normal, open to others will make us feel nervous. This accessible garden helps us find the way to each other.
