我厂分厂一台车床于1990年5月由于润滑系统故障及保养不善,造成干摩擦,主轴严重磨损,径跳达0.15mm以上。为了能继续使用,我们进行了修理,其补救的方法是将主轴锥度(被磨损部分)部分镀上0.30mm厚的硬铬层,然后精磨至图纸要求,配合铲刮轴瓦,精刮要求在25×25mm~2内应有12~25点接触。按着处理润滑系统故障,清洗床头箱及油泵系统的吸油管滤网,重新注入干净的30#机油。经过修复后,该车床径跳不超过0.01mm,切断力正常。如今该车床一直在正常使用,还未出现任何异常现象。为我厂节约1000多元并赢得宝贵的时间使生产
