近年来,媒体转型的不断推进对新闻传播人才的要求也日益增强,而传统的新闻传播教育人才的培养目标与实现的相关路径难以满足媒体转型的要求,呈现出单一化、狭隘化的发展特点。因此,为进一步适应媒体转型要求,强化新闻传播教育人才的综合素养,本文通过对新闻传播教育取得的成绩进行简要分析,进而对新闻传播教育人才的培养目标转向与多元化新闻传播人才的培养路径展开了深入研究。
In recent years, the demand for news media talents has also been increasing due to the continuous media transformation.
