Nigerian Information Minister Salumih recently announced that the Nigerian government has decided to lift all restrictions on the import of agricultural products and encouraged the private sector to import agricultural products from multiple sources to curb the rising prices of domestic food and other agricultural products. After lifting all restrictions including tariffs and VAT, the government will no longer intervene in the importation of all agricultural products and sales in the domestic market. Nigeria Cancels
