曾有位中星恬园的王先生,来电向我诉苦抱怨:‘当初想在家里安装中央空调和地暖,刚好有朋友介绍,开始洽谈阶段好像什么事都一帆风顺。但是装到自己家里之后,空调声音响、地暖打不热,服务商一开始还上门更换了几次锅炉,之后就开始推托责任不闻不问了。回想自己为了安装舒适设备,也学习了不少知识、领了不少行情,也算半个“专家”了,为什么花了这么多的精力,还是闹出这么多事情?’其实与其瞎操心,还不如找一家认真负责的服务商来帮自己出谋划策,来得更妥当。
