2000年8月中旬,随着湖北省嘉鱼县各镇中小学校会计移交的完成,该县各镇行政事业单位会计工作全面进入“零户统管”,实施会计集中核算管理。 今年初以来,该县县委、县政府通过借鉴县会计核算中心的成功经验,认为各镇镇直单位财务完全可以实行集中核算管理。再加上农村税费改革的要求又进一步使得实行“零户统管”
In mid-August 2000, with the completion of accounting transfer in primary and secondary schools in each town of Jiayu County, Hubei Province, the accounting work of administrative units in all counties in the county entered the “zero household management” in an all-round way and centralized accounting management was implemented.
