学导式教学法是我国近年来研究试行的一种新型教学法。这种教学法是以学生的自主学习为主,以教师的辅导为副,学生自学与教师辅导相结合,通过“自学→解疑→精讲→演练”四个教学环节达到教学目的,对鼓励学生的求异思维、充分发挥学生的内因作用有着明显的效果。它同样适用于农机人员(农民农机使用人员、农民农机管理人员、农机企事业职工、干部)的培训。几年来我先后在农机驾驶人员复训班、农机工人培训班的教学中试行、摸索,其教学效果是良好的,现以农民拖拉机驾驶员复训班《发动机润滑系统》教学为例,作如下介绍:
