目的:探讨黄疸新生儿血清总胆红素与血脂水平的变化。方法:将103例黄疸新生儿分为生理组和病理组,另选同期各10例正常新生儿作为健康对照组,分别于入院第1、7、14d测定血清总胆红素和血脂[胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]水平,比较血清学指标的动态变化。结果:在入院1、7d病理组、生理组血清总胆红素水平高于对照组健康对照组(P均<0.05),且病理组高于生理组(P<0.05),胆固醇、甘油三酯水平在生理组、病理组均高于健康对照组(P均<0.05),但生理组与病理组比较无差异(P>0.05)。入院14d,病理组、生理组胆红素水平回落接近健康对照组,胆固醇、甘油三酯水平与健康对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸期血脂指标与总胆红素水平呈一致性变化,黄疸新生儿营养支持时脂类的摄入满足生长发育的同时要避免脂质的沉积。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum total bilirubin and blood lipid in neonates with jaundice. Methods: 103 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into physiological group and pathological group. Another 10 normal newborns of the same period were selected as healthy control group. Serum total bilirubin and serum lipid [cholesterol TC), triglyceride (TG)], and compare the dynamic changes of serological markers. Results: The total serum bilirubin level in the physiology group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) on the first day and the pathological group was higher than that in the physiology group (P <0.05), cholesterol, triglyceride The levels in physiology group and pathology group were higher than those in healthy control group (all P <0.05), but there was no difference between physiological group and pathological group (P> 0.05). On the 14th day after admission, the levels of bilirubin in the pathological and physiological groups dropped back to those in the healthy control group. There was no significant difference in cholesterol and triglyceride levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The neonatal jaundice lipid indicators consistent with total bilirubin levels jaundice neonatal nutritional support lipid intake to meet the growth and development to avoid lipid deposition.
