塔河油田部分区块因原油油质变差,原油乳化现象严重,使得回压过高、抽油机载荷增加、泵效降低,更严重的会导致抽油杆卡泵、油管堵死。不但影响采油时效、缩短油井免修期,且修井成本增高。目前,油井井口加药仍采用传统的人工定期上井加药的方式,存在操作复杂、劳动强度大、工作效率低、现场管理难度大等问题。通过研究推出了泵车加药新技术,该技术利用泵车实现了机抽井环空投加药剂的定量化、可控化,为抽油井治理乳化现象提供了新的技术途径。
Part of the block in Tahe Oilfield is deteriorating due to poor oil quality and serious emulsification of crude oil, which leads to high back pressure, increased load of pumping units and lower pump efficiency. In more serious cases, the sucker rod pump and tubing will be blocked. Not only affect the oil aging, shortening the oil well repair, and workover costs increased. At present, the wellhead dosing still adopts the traditional way of man-made regular dringing and dosing. There are some problems such as complex operation, large labor intensity, low work efficiency and difficulty in site management. Through researching and introducing a new technology of adding drug to pump truck, this technology realizes the quantitative and controllability of annular injecting agent in machine pumping well by using pump truck, which provides a new technical approach for pumping oil well to control emulsification phenomenon.
