据报导,在大鼠颗粒细胞培养中,加入促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)类似物可以抑制由卵泡刺激素(FSH)引起的雌激素和孕酮的产生,从而认为卵巢颗粒细胞是LHRH类似物垂体外作用的一个重要部位。本文试图评价LHRH及其类似物对促性腺激素刺激颗粒细胞机能的二个参数,即环一磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和前列腺素(PG)积累的影响。
It has been reported that the addition of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) analogs inhibits the production of estrogen and progesterone caused by follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in rat granulosa cell culture so that ovarian granulosa cells are considered to be similar to LHRH Pituitary role of an important part of the site. This article attempts to evaluate the effects of LHRH and its analogues on the two parameters of gonadotropin-stimulated granulosa cells, the accumulation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and prostaglandin (PG).
