锻造行业的技术改造,具体地说应抓三个环节。第一抓锻造机械化,目的在于改善劳动条件,提高劳动生产率;第二抓锻造加热炉的改造,解决由于锻造机械化程度的提高而带来的加热钢坯供不上的问题,以及消烟除尘、降低煤耗等;第三抓工艺工装,推广锻件少无切削工艺,提高钢材利用率。
