讨论了用双单片机的连续自控系统,及设计的系统控制电路、控制软件。实验表明,用双单片机按时分割方法并结合自校正PID算法实现多台连续式电加热炉的温度控制,不仅可以提高控温精度,而且系统的可靠性有很大提高。
This paper discusses the continuous self-control system with dual single-chip microcomputer and the design of system control circuit and control software. The experiment shows that the temperature control of multiple continuous electric reheating furnaces can be achieved by using the time-division method of dual-MCU combined with self-tuning PID algorithm, which can not only improve the accuracy of temperature control, but also greatly improve the reliability of the system.
