本文报告2例罕见的儿童肾肿瘤。大体特征为多囊。镜下,囊大小不一,多由立方形到扁平上皮细胞衬覆;囊之间的间隔中,见典型肾母细胞瘤的某些成分,但分化较高、量较少。组织发生,可能与肾母细胞瘤相同,起源于后肾胚芽。该瘤多见于2岁以下儿童,绝大多数为良性。文献中名称甚多,以称囊性部分分化性肾母细胞瘤较为恰当,可列为肾母细胞瘤的亚型。
This article reports 2 cases of rare children with renal tumors. The general feature is polycystic. Microscope, the capsule size varies, mostly from the square to the flat epithelial lining; interval between the capsule, see the typical components of Wilms tumor, but higher differentiation, less. Tissue occurs, probably the same as nephroblastoma, originating in the hindbrain. The tumor more common in children under 2 years old, the vast majority of benign. There are many names in the literature, so it is more appropriate to refer to cystic part-differentiated nephroblastoma as a subtype of nephroblastoma.
