After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party opened up the battlefield behind enemy lines, established the anti-Japanese democratic regime and promulgated the regulations for the protection of human rights. All anti-Japanese people enjoyed property ownership and were protected by law.
