目的了解湘潭地区食品中金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌的污染状况和耐药性,为食源性疾病监测和临床用药提供科学依据。方法依据GB 4789.10-2010对金黄色葡萄球菌,GB 4789.4-2010对沙门菌进行分离鉴定,参照美国临床实验室标准化研究所出版的药物敏感试验做药敏。结果 406份样品检出金黄色葡萄球菌26株,检出率为6.40%;545份样品检出沙门菌14株,检出率为2.57%。金黄色葡萄球菌对氨苄西林的耐药率高达73.08%,而且多重耐药明显;沙门菌对四环素的耐药率最高,达到57.14%。结论湘潭地区食品中的金黄色葡萄和沙门菌球菌存在一定程度污染,其耐药形势严峻,应加强抗生素的管理和耐药性监测。
Objective To understand the contamination status and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella in foodstuffs in Xiangtan area and provide a scientific basis for foodborne disease surveillance and clinical medication. Methods According to GB 4789.10-2010 on Staphylococcus aureus, GB 4789.4-2010 Salmonella isolates were identified, with reference to the United States Institute of Clinical Laboratory published drug susceptibility testing drug sensitivity. Results 26 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 406 samples, with a detection rate of 6.40%. 14 strains of Salmonella were detected in 545 samples with a detection rate of 2.57%. Staphylococcus aureus ampicillin resistance rate as high as 73.08%, and multiple drug resistance significantly; Salmonella tetracycline resistance rate was the highest, reaching 57.14%. Conclusion There is a certain degree of pollution of the golden grapes and Salmonella in food in Xiangtan area. The situation of drug resistance is serious. The management of antibiotics and the monitoring of drug resistance should be strengthened.
