介绍了港东油田二区七断块油藏地质、流体特征和开采特点。针对油藏和地层流体特征筛选出了 4个以原油为碳源的未经任何改造的复合菌种及其营养剂类型和浓度。利用地层原油对菌种进行了系统评价。评价项目有 :①菌种代谢性能 ,包括产气、产酸和表面活性剂 ;②原油粘度和组分变化 ;③模拟油藏条件 ,利用人造岩心进行菌液驱油物理模拟实验。根据室内实验结果编制了微生物驱油矿场试验方案 (在 4个井组分 3个段塞注入菌液 3 0 0m3 ) ,方案于 1 997年 5月至 7月实施。方案实施后 1 8个月的监测结果表明 :菌浓度较试验前升高了 1至 2个数量级 ,原油性质得到改善 ,初步取得了增油降水的效果。图 3表 3 (冯庆贤摘 )
This paper introduces the geologic and fluid characteristics and the mining characteristics of the seven fault block reservoirs in Block 2 of Hong Kong East Oilfield. According to the reservoir and formation fluid characteristics, four unmodified composite strains with crude oil as carbon source and their nutrient types and concentrations were screened out. Strains of crude oil were used to systematically evaluate the strains. Evaluation items are: ① strain metabolic properties, including gas, acid and surfactant; ② crude oil viscosity and composition changes; ③ simulated reservoir conditions, the use of artificial cores for liquid-liquid physical simulation experiments. According to the indoor experimental results, a test scheme of microbial flooding field was developed (30000 bacteria were injected into three slugs of four well components). The plan was implemented from May to July, 1997. The monitoring results 18 months after the implementation of the program showed that the bacteria concentration was increased by 1-2 orders of magnitude compared with that before the test, the crude oil properties were improved, and the effect of increasing oil precipitation was initially achieved.
