文章通过对乌海干旱缺水形势和节约用水现状的发展态势分析,提出在乌海市建设旱情监测与分析系统工程的可行性、必要性进行了分析,并就旱情监测系统进行了论述。
Based on the analysis of the situation of drought and water shortage in Wuhai and the status quo of water conservation, this paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of constructing drought monitoring and analysis system in Wuhai City, and discusses the drought monitoring system.
