针对集装箱港口自身运输车队能力的限制,提出了一类基于业务外包的车辆调度模型并对其求解方法进行研究。在详细分析集装箱港口各种业务订单特性的基础上,依据作业订单信息对集装箱港口作业任务进行分类;抽象出了描述此类基于业务外包的车辆调度问题的数学模型并提出一种业务外包定价策略,设计了一种禁忌邻域搜索求解算法;通过对实际调查数据进行处理验证了该模型和算法的有效性,通过与其他算法处理结果进行对比验证了所设计的邻域搜索算法的优越性;最后通过对实验结果数据进行统计分析,得出了一些对集装箱港口作业有实际指导意义的业务外包规则。
Aiming at the limitation of container fleet’s own transport fleet capacity, a type of vehicle dispatch model based on business outsourcing is proposed and its solution method is studied. Based on the detailed analysis of the orders of various business orders in container ports, the task assignment of container ports is classified according to the job order information. The mathematical model describing the vehicle scheduling problems based on business outsourcing is abstractly presented and a business outsourcing pricing strategy is proposed , A taboo neighborhood search algorithm was designed. The validity of the model and algorithm was verified by processing the actual survey data. The superiority of the proposed neighborhood search algorithm was verified by comparing with the results of other algorithms. Finally, through the statistical analysis of the experimental data, some outsourcing rules have practical guiding significance for container port operations.
