Living is a key to making each other speak, a means of communicating ideas and getting information. Interrogation should arouse mutual interest. If you can make each other’s answer, but also increase the interviewer’s knowledge, such questions are clever. First of all, should pay attention to the words do not cause each other offensive. Our traditional culture pays attention to the difference between the inferior and the inferior, and the young and the child are orderly. Therefore, the younger generation should be polite and have more respect for the elders and lower-level superiors in questioning. An old comrade said: “Yesterday is the coldest day of this year!” A young man in the same office said, “What do you know?” He embarrassed him. Young people know yesterday minus 14 degrees, minus 16 degrees the day before yesterday. He should just ask: “Did you remember correctly, I think the genius is the coldest before!” Such interviews are in line with socially accepted norms.
