我担任村党支部书记已经有15年了,去年被评为“沈阳市优秀党支部书记”。这些年的实践使我认识到:只有抓好支部的班子建设,才能增强党支部的战斗堡垒作用,才能带出一支好队伍,才能发挥党员的先锋模范作用,才能推动村里两个文明建设的发展。 我们沈阳市于洪区于台村地处沈阳西郊,人多地少,1400多口人,只有400多亩地,头些年是个有名的贫困村。1984年,村党支部改选,我当了支部书记。那时,村里没有钱,没有物,没有企业。全村干部挤在一间小平房里办公,缺桌少椅,开会时站一半人,坐一半人。
