取36只犬采用心腔内心电图及希氏束电图指引电极定位,替代X线透视进行房室交界区电击。经病理解剖和X线胸片检查表明两种定位方法的效果是一致的。而且将导管电极定位于三尖瓣口处进行电击比定位于右房下部靠近三尖瓣口的部位能取得更为理想的结果。心腔内心电图法可省去X光机,避免X线照射及操作相对简便等是其优点,可供实验时选用。
Thirty-six dogs were instrumented with intracardiac electrocardiogram and His bundle beam to orient the electrode and replace the X-ray to shock the atrioventricular junction. The pathological anatomy and X-ray examination showed that the effect of the two methods are the same. And the catheter electrode is located in the tricuspid valve at the electric shock than in the right atrium located near the tricuspid valve site can achieve more satisfactory results. Cardiac electrocardiogram method can save X-ray machine, to avoid X-ray irradiation and the relative ease of operation is its advantages, available for experiments.
