目的:探究儿科开展优质护理服务的措施和成效,更好服务患者。方法:温岭市第一人民医院自2014年8月在儿科开展优质护理服务,分别选取实施前后儿科收治的180例患儿作为研究对象。比较分析实施后的成效。结果:实施之后护理质量较实施之前有了明显的提升,且患儿家长对护理工作的满意度较之前有了大幅度的提高(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科开展优质护理服务成效显著,能够有效提高护理质量和护理满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the measures and effectiveness of pediatric quality care services to better serve patients. Methods: First People’s Hospital of Wenling carried out quality nursing services in pediatrics since August 2014, and selected 180 cases of pediatric patients treated before and after the implementation as the research object. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation. Results: After the implementation of the quality of care than before the implementation has been significantly improved, and the satisfaction of parents of nursing care for children with a significant increase (P <0.05). Conclusions: Outstanding quality care services in pediatrics have achieved remarkable results, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and satisfaction with nursing.
