女,30岁。以腰痛5ｄ,加重伴尿急、尿频,肉眼血尿1ｄ入院。查体:左侧肾区压痛,叩击痛明显,未扪及包块。血压16.5/11ｋＰａ。尿常规检查:ＷＢＣ+++,ＲＢＣ++++,晶体、上皮细胞少许。诊断:膀胱炎。Ｂ超检查:左肾区外上极可见强回声光团,其内下方示液性暗区。诊断:肾囊肿并肾结石。
Female, 30 years old. Back pain 5d, exacerbation with urgency, frequent urination, gross hematuria 1d admission. Physical examination: left kidney area tenderness, percussion pain significantly, palpable mass. Blood pressure 16.5 / 11kPa. Urine routine examination: WBC +++, RBC ++++, crystal, a little epithelial cells. Diagnosis: cystitis. B-ultrasound: the left renal area can be seen on the top of the strong echo light group, which shows below the liquid dark area. Diagnosis: renal cysts and kidney stones.
