管道输送是继海运、铁路、公路、空运只有的第五大运输方式,其中管道矿浆输送是研究的热点。浆体管道输送过程中,沿程的摩擦损失是压力损失的重要部分,其摩擦损失预测难度大、精度低等问题。为此,本文分析论述浆体摩擦损失预测方法,首先研究传统计算法,可得到影响浆体摩擦损失的影响参数;另外,研究ELM,探讨PSO-ELM方法,并提出该方法的在浆体摩擦损失应用的可能性。
Pipeline transportation is the fifth largest transportation mode after sea, rail, road and air transport, among which the pipeline slurry transportation is the hot spot of research. Slurry pipeline transportation process, the friction along the way is an important part of the pressure loss, the friction loss prediction is difficult, low accuracy and so on. Therefore, this article analyzes and discusses the predicting method of slurry friction loss. Firstly, the traditional calculation method is used to obtain the influencing parameters that affect the friction loss of slurry. In addition, the ELM is studied and the PSO-ELM method is discussed. Loss of application possibilities.
