亏损企业,因工资减发或停发,许多职工往往存在一种悲观失望情绪和埋怨指责心理。职工一提起减少了收入,心中就“鬼火冒”。在此种情况下,企业党的工作该怎么办?调研人员同一些亏损企业党组织同志座谈后,一致认为:“企业亏损,党的工作不应该亏;机器停,党的工作不能停;企业效益下滑,思想政治工作不能滑”。党组织要坚持以“人”为本的思想,充分发挥政治核心作用,通过强有力的思想政治工作,挑起稳定队伍,振兴企业这副重担。 具体来说,亏损企业党的工作要在三个方面下功夫“盈利”:
