罗佩光,祖籍福建连城,八年抗日战争胜利后,随团到台湾参加受降仪式和光复接管台湾。和他一起去台湾的还有一位同乡、连城旧制中学的老同学卢云光。1973年2月18日,连城同乡会在台北正式成立,选举张福滨、罗佩光、罗庆和、林家楠、吴振彬等11人为理事,张福滨当选理事长,黄际蛟当选常务监事。罗佩光从首届至第6届均任常务理事兼《连声》会刊的总编辑。罗佩光,生于1909年8月,连城旧制
