认为我国城市的贫富分化、贫富分区已经成为严重的社会问题;贫富分区是贫富分化在空间上的投影,它凸显了社会的不公,导致了城市空间的排斥,加剧了社会各阶层之间的对立,不利于社会主义和谐社会的建设。鉴于此,分析了贫富分区形成的机制及其影响,并从城市规划的角度,针对如何控制城市贫富分区,提出了相关意见和建议。
It is considered that the division of the rich and the poor in our country and the division of the rich and the poor have become serious social problems. The division of the rich and the poor is the spatial projection of the polarization between the rich and the poor, which highlights the injustice of the society, leads to the exclusion of urban space and aggravates the social stratification The opposite is not conducive to the building of a harmonious socialist society. In view of this, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the formation of the rich and poor and its impact, and from the perspective of urban planning, puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on how to control the division of urban rich and poor.
