江泽民同志高度重视非公有制企业党建工作,他关于非公有制企业党建的思想主要体现在三个方面:一是阐明了非公有制企业党建工作的战略意义;二是明确了非公有制企业党组织的地位、作用和职责;三是对新的社会阶层身份的“定性”分析以及提出判断人们政治上先进与落后的标准。
As Jiang Zemin attaches great importance to the party building in non-public-owned enterprises, his thinking on the construction of non-public-owned enterprises is mainly reflected in three aspects: First, it clarifies the strategic significance of party building in non-public-owned enterprises; second, Role and responsibility; third, “qualitative” analysis of the identity of the new social stratum and criteria for judging people’s political advance and backwardness.
