光谱仪器是光学仪器中一种重要的组成类型。主要研究和搭建了基于电荷耦合器件(CCD)的数字光谱分析仪,将光学系统、CCD、数据采集卡和光谱分析软件组成完整的数字光谱分析系统,实现了系统的数字化、自动化、小型化和便携化。设计了光谱分析软件以实现光谱信号的采集、显示、处理、寻峰、标定和存取,开发了光谱分析类库(SAL),提高了软件的可移植性,简化了后继软件开发。使用标准汞灯对数字光谱分析仪进行了标定,并使用激光笔发出的红光对软件的正确性进行了验证。该系统主要适用于现场远距离军用目标的实时探测,同时也可兼顾民用。实验结果表明,该数字光谱分析仪有较好的准确性及可重复性。
Spectroscopy instruments are one of the most important types of optical instruments. Mainly research and set up a digital spectrum analyzer based on charge-coupled device (CCD). The optical system, CCD, data acquisition card and spectrum analysis software are integrated into a complete digital spectrum analysis system, realizing the digitalization, automation, miniaturization and Portable Spectral analysis software is designed to acquire, display, process, find peak, calibrate and access spectral signals, develop spectral analysis library (SAL), improve the portability of software and simplify subsequent software development. The digital spectrometer was calibrated using a standard mercury lamp and the correctness of the software was verified using the red light emitted by the laser pointer. The system is mainly suitable for real-time detection of long-range military targets at the scene, but also can take into account civilian. The experimental results show that the digital spectrometer has good accuracy and repeatability.
