小时候,不论玩任何游戏,都有一定的游戏规则,只要照着规则来,玩游戏的人不必争辩,因为输赢自有定数。可是,长大后,当你玩起如公室游戏,却发现事情好像不是这么回事。你还是照着规则玩,然而,结果好像并不圆满,有时甚至背道而驰。有很多办公室里的游戏规则暗中都隐藏了陷阱,归纳起来大致如下:第一、只要努力就能保证成功。错了!公司当然希望你付出全部的心血,但问题是你的心血有没有用在刀刃上?如果你努力的方向弄错了,不符合主管的价值观,那你根本就是白费力气。第二、在办公室内没有必要自我吹嘘。错了!不论你有任何表现,一定要让人家知道。只要你做得够好,不要吝借夸赞自己,否则会让别人觉得你无足轻重,可有可无。第三、只管做好自己的事,建立形象并不重要。错了!
