学术界对企业冗余资源前因变量的讨论存在分歧且缺乏对环境因素影响机制的深入分析。对制造业上市公司的实证研究结果表明,在多条不同路径影响下,上一期的环境不确定性与企业当期的沉淀性冗余资源正相关,而与非沉淀性冗余资源呈现倒U型关系;当期的环境不确定性与企业的两类冗余资源均呈现倒U型关系。
There is disagreement on the discussion of antecedent variables of enterprise redundant resources in academia and lack of an in-depth analysis on the mechanism of environmental factors. The empirical research on manufacturing listed companies shows that under the influence of many different paths, the environmental uncertainty of the previous period is positively correlated with the current precipitous redundant resources of the enterprise, while the non-precipitating redundant resources are inverted U Type relationship; both the current environmental uncertainty and the enterprise’s two types of redundant resources are inverted U-shaped relationship.
