胡汝银写的《竞争与垄断:社会主义微观经济分析》(以下简称胡著)和潘振民、罗首初写的《社会主义微观经济分析》(以下简称潘、罗著)两本书,都是上海三联书店1988年6月出版的。而见都获得了1988年度的孙冶方经济科学著作奖。这两本书都是研究社会主义微观经济活动的。其中。胡著研究的范围比较集中,但开拓的层次较深;潘、罗著则论述的范围较宽,同我国经济体制改革的实际结合得也较紧密。这两本书的共同特点,是都在社会主义商品经济的微观运行机制方面开拓了新视野,发展了新观念,为建立社会主义商品经济的理论体系进行了有益的探索。这两本书各自的内容、特点和优缺点,应由读者自己去评论。我在为这两书分别写的序言中,已谈了一点我的看法,这里不再重复。本文只想从这两本书出发,就社会主义经济研究中的一些倾向性问题谈点个人的看法。

The common feature of these two books is that they all open up new horizons and developed new concepts in the microscopic operating mechanism of the socialist commodity economy and have done useful explorations for establishing the theoretical system of the socialist commodity economy. The content, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each of these two books should be reviewed by the readers themselves. In the preface I wrote separately for these two books, I have already talked a little about my point of view and will not repeat it here. This article only wants to start from these two books and talk about personal opinions on some tendencies in the study of socialist economy.
