以白三叶Trifolium repens幼苗为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对白三叶叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,白三叶叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)和叶绿素总含量(Chl)呈先升高后降低的趋势,当NaCl浓度为150 mmol/L时,叶中的Chla、Chlb、Chl含量与对照相比升高;当NaCl浓度继续增加时,叶中的Chla、Chlb、Chl含量与对照相比则下降。随NaCl浓度的增加,相对电导率呈先升高后降低的趋势,NaCl浓度为200 mmol/L时,叶的相对电导率最大。
Trifolium repens seedlings of white clover were used to study the effects of NaCl stress on the chlorophyll content and membrane permeability of white clover. The results showed that the contents of Chla, Chlb and Chl in white clover increased first and then decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration. When NaCl concentration was 150 mmol / L, The contents of Chla, Chlb and Chl in leaves increased compared with the control. When NaCl concentration continued to increase, the content of Chla, Chlb and Chl in leaves decreased compared with the control. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the relative conductivity first increased and then decreased, and at the NaCl concentration of 200 mmol / L, the relative conductivity of leaves was the highest.
