针对近几年来我国有的地方提出“拍卖荒山”、“拍卖山平塘”等问题 ,从分析荒山、拍卖、租赁等概念的内涵和本质区别着手 ,深刻阐述了我国荒山资源开发面临的形势和问题 ,进一步提出了“拍卖荒山”的举措值得商榷的理由 ,希望能与有关部门、有关同志进行商讨
